To make a reservation for the A/V Studio, please email us or call us at 317-579-0331.
Prior to making a reservation, please read our usage guidelines.
The A.V. Studio can be reserved in two-hour blocks of time for up to six consecutive hours, and no more than twelve hours per week. If patrons are more than 10 minutes late for any reservation, the reservation is forfeit, and the equipment will be made available to other patrons upon request.
Patrons must present both a library card and a state-issued ID when they arrive for their reservation time. Not a library cardholder yet? You can get a card here!
First time users of the A.V. Studio with limited background in audio or video production will want to spend their first few reservations getting acquainted with our equipment. The studio is a new resource designed to help patrons grow their skills and try new things, but all learning in that space is intended to be self-directed.
Patrons can bring either an external hard drive or SD card to save their files to depending on their project. Ignite Studio also offers external hard drives that can be checked out and taken home for a short loan period.
The A/V Studio may be reserved by patrons 16 and older for groups including patrons in grade 6 and up. Patrons in grades 5 and below must be accompanied by an adult age 18+.
