Book an expert is a 30 minute appointment available to patrons who would like to pick the brain of an Ignite staff member on a specific topic.

- Book an expert is available by appointment only. Please submit a request for “book an expert” appointment at least two weeks in advance along with the topic for expert at the time of booking.
- Book an expert is a 30 minute appointment available to patrons who would like to pick the brain of an Ignite staff member on a specific topic. Please consider this as a troubleshooting session rather than formal instruction.
- Book an expert on fab lab equipment is available to patrons who have completed the certification course for that piece of equipment.
- Book an expert sessions are intended to be one-on-one. We cannot accommodate groups at this time.

Book an Expert Availability
- Tuesdays, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Wednesdays, 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.
- Thursdays, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.
- Fridays, 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
- Availability is contingent on Ignite staffing and scheduling, which varies throughout the year.

- Hamilton County residents who are over the age of 16.

Ignite Studio seeks to be a user-organized space. Your feedback is important to us! We look for trends in the suggestions we receive to make decisions about what to add or change in Ignite.
What is a “user-organized” space?
Being a user-organized space means we want patrons to have a hand in creating the way in which the space operates, from the equipment and supplies we offer to the programs we present. We collect your suggestions through our formal feedback process so that we can search for trends in what our community is asking for and respond. We are continually evolving, and we want you to be part of our evolution.
How will I know if my suggestion is implemented?
You can leave your contact information with your suggestion and let us know you’d like us to get in touch if your suggestion is implemented. Caution: it may be a while before we are able to implement and respond.
